Hair Extension Care Instructions
Proper care will help maintain the softness, appearance, and longevity of your human hair extensions.
Gently detangle the hair before washing using a wide-tooth comb or extension-safe brush. Begin at the ends and gradually work toward the roots. Wash with lukewarm water and a sulfate-free, alcohol-free shampoo. Apply shampoo in a downward motion without rubbing, twisting, or bunching the hair.
Follow with a moisturizing conditioner, concentrating on the mid-lengths and ends. Rinse thoroughly and gently blot with a towel. Allow the hair to air-dry whenever possible. Do not brush, comb, sleep, or apply heat while the hair is wet.
Before using hot tools, apply a heat protectant and use a low-to-medium temperature. Excessive heat, frequent coloring, bleaching, chemical processing, chlorine, salt water, and improper maintenance may shorten the life of the hair.
At night, loosely braid or wrap the hair and protect it with a satin or silk bonnet or pillowcase. Store unused extensions in a cool, dry place inside a satin bag or the original packaging.
Return and Exchange Policy
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, all opened, installed, worn, washed, brushed, combed, cut, colored, bleached, chemically treated, or otherwise altered human hair products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the hair must remain unused, unaltered, securely bundled, and inside its original unopened packaging with all tags, ties, seals, and labels intact.
Please inspect the length, color, texture, quantity, and overall condition of the hair before opening the package or removing any security ties. Opening the package or altering the original condition of the product confirms acceptance of the item.
Any order concerns, defects, incorrect items, or shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographs of the product, unopened packaging, shipping label, and order details may be required. Approval is required before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
